Please use our contact form to send a message once you have chosen your wedding or event date. Let us know the date, venue, the services you are interested in and your estimated floral budget. Terran will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a consultation if she feels she will be able to meet your needs on your special day.
Terran will schedule to meet with you over coffee (because who doesn't need a little extra caffeine when you're event planning?!) and you will discuss all things flowers! Please feel free to bring photos, magazines and your Pinterest boards so she can fully grasp your vision.
Following your first meeting, Terran will provide you with a proposal for the flowers and services you discussed. At this time you can determine if you would like to move forward with establishing your contract and reserving your date. A deposit is required to hold your date and will be applied toward your total cost.
Approximately 6 weeks prior to your wedding or event date we will meet again, preferably at the event venue, to finalize all plans for the big day! At this time Terran will provide you with the final cost for flowers and services and place all orders for florals and rentals. You will be able to make your payment at this time or anytime up to two weeks before your date.
The Big Day
On the day of your event, Terran will personally deliver and set up all floral designs and installations at an agreed upon time. You won't have to worry about doing any of the work! Just enjoy your special day in the beautiful space created.
